Full-body assesment
Your first session begins with a Full-Body Assessment that looks at your posture and how you move. The Assessment helps us identify the root cause of any discomfort and helps guide your treatment to ensure we relieve tension.
Based on the findings we will set a short-, and long-term therapy plan custom-designed to meet your goals.
Physiotherapy
Once we decrease the tension in your body, we are going to work with you to increase control of this new range of motion using personalized, corrective exercises.
First we start with the basic stabilisation exersices and later on we continue with much more functional exercises until we reach the goal or we reach the sport specific exercises what helps you to go back to the earlier actities.
Manual therapy
Your session includes hands-on myofascial treatment, along with joint mobilization and muscle relaxation. We utilize an all-encompassing approach that restores joint mobility and reduces muscle tension, allowing you to move more freely.
